Ms. Narges Mohammadi, a human rights activist, has gone on hunger strike since Monday May 18, to protest the denial of access to medical treatment and drugs she needs. Denial of the drugs that she should be using on a daily basis according to the prescribing physician, has deteriorated her health. Yesterday her heart beat and fluctuation was to the point that her cellmates took her to Evin prison clinic six times, but the henchmen continue to decline to deliver her essential drugs.
